Hi, I'm Vicki
A registered nutritional therapist and health coach based in Bath. I support people to get to the root of their health issues and feel well again, with practical, personalised advice.
Since completing a four-year diploma in Nutritional Therapy (distinction) at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine, I’ve worked in a team of nutritionists, completed additional training in health coaching and set up my own clinic in Bath.
I understand that life is busy. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by fatigue, gut issues, stress, or long-term conditions. They want to understand what’s going on and how to feel better.
My approach is to listen carefully, look at the whole person, and support with plans that are evidence-based and realistic. I believe in nourishment, not restriction – and in supporting the body’s natural ability to find balance.

I wanted agency over my own health

My own health journey
Like most people I’ve had periods in my life when I have not felt well and know how stressful this can be. As a child and teen, I experienced frequent stomach aches and migraines, especially when anxious. Once I had children of my own, I juggled a busy work and home life – often neglecting my own wellbeing.
Several trips to A&E in my early 30s highlighted a gap in healthcare - it treated the parts but not the person. With a background in counselling theory, I know how powerful it is to feel truly heard. I started joining the dots between my symptoms, my diet and my lifestyle and became curious about how they influence how we feel. I wanted to have some agency over my own health.
After a number of short courses, I decided to formalise my education and enrolled at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Learning how to support different body systems to achieve balance in the body has really helped me navigate perimenopause in my 40s as well as support my family through different life stages and health challenges.
What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues.
As a Nutritional Therapist I look at your health status, considering diet, lifestyle and potential nutritional imbalances and, using evidence-based research and practice, provide tailored, personalised support that can bring your body back into balance so that it can function more effectively.
What is health coaching?
While you might understand what you need to do, making sustained changes can be hard. Health coaching is a collaborative process that supports you to make sustainable changes to improve your well-being. Coaching helps identify your personal goals, look at what it will mean for you to achieve them, work out the best way to make changes at a pace that works for you in the context of your lifestyle, and then build the motivation and skills needed to make the changes.

Work with me
There are several ways to work with me, depending on the level of support you're looking for. You can choose from a one-off Health Foundations consultation – ideal for a focused review of your current diet and lifestyle – or opt for more in-depth support through my 6-week Nourish and Restore or 12-week Transform and Flourish package.
Each consultation includes a comprehensive health assessment where we explore your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle, and identify your key health goals and priorities. Based on this, I’ll create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored specifically to you.
Where appropriate, I may recommend functional testing or refer you to your GP for further investigations, and I’ll review any medications or supplements you're currently taking to ensure there are no interactions. You’ll also receive clear supplement recommendations (if needed) and regular coaching sessions to keep you supported and accountable along the way.
